Domestic Shipping Information:

  • All shoes always $5 each pair FedEx Ground shipping. $15 per pair for AK and HW -shipped by Priority Mail. Call for rush shipping charges to AK and HW
  • All orders will ship the first business day after they are received. (Meaning Friday and Weekend order ship Mondays)
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of order processing. Please check your spam box if you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order for weekday orders or by Monday Noon U.S. Pacific Standard time for orders placed on Fridays or weekends. If you still do not have a tracking number after checking your spam please contact us.

Choicekicksnorthwest.com is happy to accept orders from outside of the U.S. and Canada. We accept orders from Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most Countries around the world provided you have a confirmed Paypal shipping address.

International Ordering

Ordering from choicekicksnorthwest.com is fast and convenient with integrated Paypal payments.

For customers outside of the United States and Canada, choicekicksnorthwest.com DOES NOT accept credit card payments directly through our website. To pay for your order, you must use Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, please go to www.paypal.com to sign up for a free account before placing an order.

Once your order is submitted through our website, we will send you an email confirmation. Please read this email to confirm your shipping address and other details. Contact us immediately if you need to change any information, please email Customer Service at todd@choicekicksnorthwest.com with the subject heading "International Order Correction". Once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.

Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 2 business days. You will also receive a shipping notification email with tracking number when your order has shipped.

International Payment Instructions

Choicekicksnorthwest.com does not accept credit cards through our website from customers outside of the United States,Canada, or Australia. Paypal is our third-party payment processor for non-U.S. and Canada customers. All payments must be in US dollars and are subject to the restrictions and requirements listed below.
  1. Click the Paypal button on the checkout screen.
  2. Log into your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, you must go to http://www.paypal.com and create a new account before you can click the button to complete your transaction.
  3. Follow the instructions provided to complete the transaction.

Your payment will automatically be converted to the currency you choose, and you will be transferred back to our website to complete the order. Please be sure to click the "Place Order" button to complete your order.

*Choicekicksnorthwest.com reserves the right to refuse payments from unverified Paypal accounts. Please see Paypal’s Help Center if you have questions on how to add funds to your Paypal account or to become a verified Paypal user.

International Shipping

choicekicksnorthwest.com sends international orders through U.S. Postal Priority Mail Interantional. The cost for shipping is based on location and number of items in the order. Orders are usually received in approximately 6-14 business days to most  countries. You can monitor your package with the provided tracking number. 

International Shipping Costs

  • Shipping to Canada by USPS Priority Mail International. Rates calculated automatically by location at check out. (Generally cost to Canada is approximately $25 for one pair.)
  • Shipping to Europe and all International Countries by USPS Priority Mail International. Rates calculated automatically by location at check out. (Generally cost to Europe is about $35-$40 for on pair. Five to Ten dollars more for other countries.)

International Taxes and Duties

Shipping charge does not cover duty and taxes. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes associated with the shipment. Should you decide to refuse your order for any reason, you are also responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation Policy:

You cannot cancel your order after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page in PayPal. You can exit an order before placing it. Leaving our website before completing your order will also cancel the transaction. If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Price Protection Policy:

Due to he nature of the shoe reselling business, Choice Kicks Northwest cannot honor price protection on the sale of shoes.

Example: You purchase a pair of shoes for $160 today, and the same pair of shoes go on sale tomorrow for $140, we will not refund the difference.

 

Return Policy:

Return for Exchange of an Item:

  • All items exchanged must be unworn and original box, and all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, or cases, etc.).

  • Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of the delivery of your item.

  • Certain items CANNOT be returned, i.e. DMP packages, etc. Please check product descriptions before placing your order or requesting exchange. Items not qualifying for exchange will be clearly stated in the details of each item.

Returning your purchase for refund:

  • All items returned must be unworn and original box, and all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, cases, extra laces, etc.) or refund will reflect a 20% restocking fee.
  • You must return your unworn shoes within 14 days of receipt of your item.
  • Shipping charges incurred by the customer for returns are not refundable.
  • Processing of refunds may take up to 15 business days from the time we receive your return. Notice to Credit Card Users: It may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show on your credit card depending on your credit card establishment.
  • Certain items CANNOT be returned, i.e. DMP packages, Limited Release Retro's, etc. Please check product descriptions before placing your order or requesting exchange. Items not qualifying for exchange will be clearly stated in the details of each item.

Please do not return anything without authorization. Any item returned without authorization is subject to refusal.
